Prepare the Package
Carefully place the jewelry in its original Simuero box and protective pouch, ensuring the item is secure to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the package back to our studio in Valencia, Spain.

Once our artisans verify the condition of the piece, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
