Where are Simuero pieces made?
All our jewelry is handcrafted in our workshop in Valencia, Spain. We take pride in a slow production process that honors traditional jewelry-making techniques.
What materials do you use?
We primarily work with high-quality 925 sterling silver and 18k gold plating. Each piece is designed to be durable, though we recommend following our care guide to maintain its unique finish.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Since many of our pieces are made to order to avoid overproduction, please allow 5-10 business days for crafting before shipment. Domestic shipping usually takes 2-4 days, while international delivery varies by location.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination country. Please note that customs duties may apply for non-EU orders.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original condition and packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
